Special Stays for Special Pets!

We are pet owners ourselves and are very happy to accommodate those traveling with their well-behaved friend. Both the Topaz & Garnet Rooms are ideally set up for pets, but we can occasionally offer other rooms to pet owners (please ask). Some rooms are restricted due to guests with allergies. We require registration, an understanding of our house rules, and the ability to reach you should your pet become unhappy or disturb others.

Pet Fees:

  • $35 cleaning fee per stay (direct bookings)
  • $45 cleaning fee per stay (third party bookings)
  • $100 per stay for unregistered pets discovered after checkout
  • Pet sitting and additional services can be arranged with advance notice




Pet Rules:

  • One pet per room (exceptions for small pets traveling together)
  • Rabies vaccination required
  • Pets must be house-trained 
  • Dogs must remain leashed outside your room
  • Please keep pets off beds & furniture
  • Pick up after your pet
  • Do not leave pets unattended if they may become destructive or disturb others
  • Pet owners are responsible for damages and excess cleaning fees 

Service animals:

A service animal is defined by Texas law as a dog that is specially trained or equipped to help a person with a disability. The dog must perform tasks directly related to the individual's physical, sensory, psychiatric, or intellectual disability. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals under Texas law, however, we are happy to welcome your emotional support animal under our standard pet policy.
